Student Registrations
A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English). Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded to the registration form. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.

Exhibitor Registrations
Exhibitors should refer to the Exhibition Manual for registration details.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

Name badge
Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk. The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. You are responsible for having your badge clearly visible at all times and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Groups

  • Group registrations are offered to organisations who register 10 or more delegates at one time.
  • A group registration will receive one tax invoice for purpose of payment together. If you do not wish for your payments to be processed all together, please complete the normal registration form.
  • If names are unknown at time of registration, please specify ‘TBC’ on the group registration form. Names need to be submitted to the Conference Managers at least 30 days prior to the Conference 27 May 2022
  • Please contact the Meeting Managers in order to obtain a group registration form (if group portal is not set-up).

Credit/Debit Card
The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Meeting by Arinex,Sydney’.

Alternative payment method
For alternative payment methods, please choose option one while processing your registration or alternatively please call the contact managers on +61 2 9265 0700 contact the Conference Managers at icps2022@arinex.com.au.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers by emailing icps2022@arinex.com.au
Note: there will be a A$150.00 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments and/or name changes.

Cancellation of Registration Fees:
• Cancellations before Friday 25 March 2022 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations from Monday 28 March 2022 to Monday 16 May 2022 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations on or after Tuesday 17 May 2022 will receive no refund.

Cancellation of Accommodation:
• One night’s deposit is non-refundable 30 days prior Thursday 26 May 2022 the Conference.

Cancellation of Social Events / Workshops:
• Payments are non-refundable at 40 days prior Tuesday 17 May 2022 to the Conference.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee (such as COVID-19), the Conference is postponed, all registrations will be transferred to the new Conference date.
If a delegate chooses to no longer travel to the Conference, and there are no applicable government enforced restrictions, the applicable policy at the date of cancellation will apply.
If, for reasons beyond the control of the registered delegate (such as a government imposed lock down and travel restrictions), the registered delegate can no longer travel to the Conference on the assigned event dates, please contact the Conference Managers to discuss further.
The hosts and the Conference Managers are currently planning for an in-person event for the 2022 Conference. We will continue to monitor the government regulations and will advise delegates of any changes which will be made in the best interest of the health and safety for all participants.
It is recommended that all participants review the latest advice from the Australian and the New South Wales Governments regarding COVID-19 travel restrictions. Domestic and International travellers may be subject to screening measures as required by the Australian Government upon entering Australia, and New South Wales. Recordings/Copyright
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the meeting and/or its content at their sole discretion.

Arinex will not sell your personal information to third parties.  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information.  You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing.

Why do we wish you to provide your information?
We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Conference and to facilitate your participation in the Conference.  Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Conference will be used for the purposes listed below.  You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses.  Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Conference or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.

What we will do with your information?
1- Planning and conduct of the Conference including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);
2- In the Delegate List published for the Conference;
3- May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Conference;
4- May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.

Important Notes:
The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are the Conference Managers, the Conference host organisation (points 1 and point 4), delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the Conference (point 2) and any future organisers of the Conference (point 3).

The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.
• You may withdraw your granular consent at any time by notice in writing to the Conference Managers.
• You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Conference Managers.

The Organiser and Host/s of ICPS 2022 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
